Experienced Crew Leader: Softwash, Pressure Wash, Window Cleaning

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour

Seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead a small crew in softwash, pressure wash, and window cleaning services._ Only candidates with professional softwash experience will be considered._ Successful candidates are resourceful and possess excellent judgement, maturity, initiative, and professionalism. The Crew Leader position requires mechanical aptitude, focus on detail and efficiency, and a high level of comfort outdoors. Crew Leaders are ultimately responsible for the successes and shortcomings of the crew. Lighthouse Softwash promotes a fair and respectful work atmosphere and expects the same from all team members.

Duties:

  • Complete daily work orders along with the crew and in the absence of other crew members
  • Ensure crew members complete tasks accurately and effectively and work is being performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions (HOT AND COLD, BUGS, SPIDERS, FLYING/STINGING INSECTS, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs regularly
  • Must be able to drive company vehicle to and from job sites while towing a trailer full of equipment
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and elevate concerns to the Owner when needed
  • Provide the Owner with feedback on crew members’ performance
  • Assist the Owner in the training and development of crew members
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
  • Keep detailed logs including equipment usage and maintenance cycles, petty cash, daily work order notes, etc.

Requirements:

  • (MUST HAVE) 1 year of leadership/supervisory/management experience in the softwash industry
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail
  • High school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and clean criminal record
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 2 - 3 professional references

Things We Consider A Bonus:

  • Experience pulling a trailer with equipment
  • Prior military or active reservist
  • Some college
